Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how NX Partners uses cookies and similar technologies on www.nxp.mk: what each one does, how long it stays on your device, who else can read it, and how you can change your mind at any time. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. On your next visit the browser sends it back, which lets the site recognise a choice you have already made — the language you are reading in, for example — instead of asking again on every page.
Other technologies, such as the browser's local and session storage, do the same job without technically being cookies. Wherever this policy says "cookies", it means all of them.
A cookie set by the site you are visiting is a first-party cookie; one set by another organisation whose code runs on the page is a third-party cookie. Both kinds are listed in section 4.
How we use cookies on this site
www.nxp.mk is a corporate website. It has no user accounts, no shopping basket, no comment threads and no advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not run retargeting, and we neither sell nor share data with advertising networks.
That leaves two honest uses. The first is remembering what you have told us: the language you read in, and your answer to the cookie notice. The second, and only with your permission, is measuring how the site is used in aggregate — which articles are read, in which languages, on which kinds of device — so that we can write and structure it better.
Nothing in the second category loads until you accept it. Until then no analytics script is requested, no analytics cookie is written, and no data is sent to any measurement provider.
The categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Cookies without which the site cannot deliver what you asked for, including the record of your own cookie decision. They carry no advertising identifiers, are never shared, and cannot be switched off — refusing them would mean asking you the same question on every page.
- Analytics. Cookies set by Google Analytics 4 that produce aggregated statistics about how the site is used. They are optional, off by default, and set only after you have accepted them.
We use no marketing, advertising, personalisation or social-media tracking cookies on this site. Should that ever change, this policy and the consent notice will be updated first, and the consent we hold will be reset so that you are asked again.
The cookies set on this site
The table below lists every cookie this website can set, what it is for and how long it lasts. It is generated from the site's own configuration, so it cannot fall out of step with what actually runs.
Durations are maximums. A cookie may disappear sooner if you clear your browser data or, in the case of the analytics cookies, the moment you withdraw your consent.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
nxp_lang | NX Partners | Remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. | 1 year |
nxp_consent | NX Partners | Stores your answer to the cookie notice, so you are not asked again on every page. | 6 months |
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another so that visits can be counted without identifying anyone. | 2 years |
_ga_YQ4KG8B4EE | Google Analytics | Holds the state of the current session for this Google Analytics property. | 2 years |
Google Analytics and Consent Mode
Statistical measurement is provided by Google Analytics 4, operated for European users by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We have configured Google Consent Mode v2 so that every storage type — analytics, advertising, ad personalisation and ad user data — starts denied. Advertising storage stays denied permanently; analytics storage is the only one that can ever be granted, and only by you. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled on this property, so the measurement data is not joined to any advertising profile, and we do not enable the Google Ads or audience-export integrations.
We do not upload names, email addresses or any other identifier to Google, and we do not use the User-ID feature. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses: the address is used in transit to derive an approximate location at country and city level, and is then discarded.
If you withdraw consent we deny analytics storage, disable the tag for the rest of the session and expire the analytics cookies immediately. You do not need to reload the page or clear anything yourself.
Other third-party requests
Two further external services are involved in an ordinary visit, and neither sets a cookie.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces the site is set in are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. No cookie is set, but making the request necessarily discloses your IP address and browser to Google, as a request to any server does.
- LinkedIn. Our company and personal LinkedIn links are ordinary links. Nothing from LinkedIn is embedded in these pages, so LinkedIn learns nothing about you unless you click through — at which point their own policies apply.
Video and imagery on this site are hosted by us rather than embedded from YouTube, Vimeo or a social network, so viewing them involves no third party at all.
Your choices and how to change them
When you first arrive we show a notice with three equally available options: accept everything, accept only what is strictly necessary, or open the preferences and decide category by category. Refusing is a single click, in the same place and at the same visual weight as accepting, and the site works identically either way.
Your decision is stored for six months, after which we ask again. You can change it before then at any moment, using the switches below or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately.
Refusing analytics has no effect on what you can read or do here, and we do not ask a second time in the same visit.
Remembers the language you are reading in and your answer to this notice. Required for the site to work as you expect, so it cannot be switched off.
Google Analytics, in aggregate: which pages are read, in which language and on what kind of device. Never used for advertising.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Independently of this site's controls, every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. The setting normally sits under Privacy or Site settings:
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
- Safari: Safari › Settings › Privacy (iOS: Settings › Safari › Privacy & Security)
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies also removes the record of your language and of your consent decision, so the site will open in its default language and show the cookie notice again on your next visit.
Your rights under data-protection law
Where a cookie, or the data derived from it, constitutes personal data, you hold the rights set out in the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation: to be informed, to obtain a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Section 10 of our Privacy Policy explains how to exercise these rights, and section 11 how to complain to a supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy, and contacting us
We update this policy whenever the cookies we use change, and we reset the consent we hold whenever a change is material enough that your previous answer no longer covers it. The date at the top always identifies the current version.
Questions about this policy, or about cookies on this site, can be sent to office@nxp.mk or by post to NX Partners DOOEL Skopje, Skopje, North Macedonia.
This document is published in every language of the site. NX Partners is a company registered in the Republic of North Macedonia; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Macedonian version prevails.
